📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the technical aspects of orthopaedic product development, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and validate orthopaedic products using advanced software such as SolidWorks, ANSYS, and COMSOL Multiphysics.
• Provide technical support and training to surgeons and healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of our orthopaedic products.
• Conduct research and development to improve existing products and innovate new solutions for orthopaedic conditions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopaedic technology and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and other relevant medical device standards throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in orthopaedic product development or a related technical role.
• Proven expertise in orthopaedic implant design, materials science, and biomechanics.
• Proficiency in advanced CAD/CAM/CAE software, including SolidWorks, ANSYS, and COMSOL Multiphysics.
• Strong understanding of ISO 13485 and other medical device regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Certification in orthopaedic product development or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
