📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage payroll processing using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, working closely with the HR team.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Support the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Assist with tax preparation and filing, staying updated on relevant regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the finance and HR departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR and finance roles, preferably in a hospitality or service industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
