📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of issues on Yamaha motorcycles using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly to customers.
• Keep detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the service center team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest Yamaha motorcycle models and repair techniques.
• Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance technical skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Mechanic or similar role in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing Yamaha motorcycles.
• Familiarity with Yamaha's proprietary diagnostic tools and software.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid motorcycle mechanic certification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 kg.
