📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Help organize and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and other HR-related functions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your HR knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to the creation of reports and analyses related to HR metrics and trends.
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR, is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
