• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of internal networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency.
• Manage and supervise IT staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of performance.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Work with vendors to ensure that our technology infrastructure is up-to-date and meets the highest standards of performance and security.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to staff to enhance their IT skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and trends to ensure that our technology infrastructure remains competitive and efficient.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT supervision and network administration.
• Proven experience in managing and supervising IT staff.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security measures, and IT infrastructure.
• Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
