🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management, particularly in the mining industry.
• Proven track record of managing high-value mining assets.
• Strong understanding of mining operations, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using asset management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Financial Management (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
