📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Take and record food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, if required.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and securely.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
