📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet customers and provide excellent service to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Take and process orders accurately using our POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Handle cash transactions and provide change efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction and service improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a frontline F&B or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
