- Coordinate with our team of specialists to schedule appointments and treatments.

- Manage the front desk operations, including check-outs and billing.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with guest management software and booking systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Enthusiasm for the beauty and wellness industry.
- Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali.
