📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze F&B costs across multiple locations to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize profitability
• Work closely with F&B managers to ensure efficient use of resources
• Prepare and present regular reports on cost performance to senior management
• Conduct regular audits of F&B operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost control
• Provide training and support to F&B team members on cost management principles
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that cost control initiatives align with overall business goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control or a similar role within the F&B industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using cost control software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
• Certification in cost management or a related field is a plus
