Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Use Zendesk to track and manage customer support tickets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize Salesforce to update customer records and track interactions.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service best practices.
• Ensure all customer data is handled in accordance with privacy regulations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new tools to enhance customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume customer inquiries with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
