📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and screening candidates for driver positions using various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for driver roles.
• Collaborating with logistics managers to understand the specific requirements and expectations for driver positions.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities using HRIS systems.
• Providing administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and preparing recruitment reports.
• Assisting in the onboarding process for new drivers, including orientation and training.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or limited experience in HR recruitment or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment software, such as BambooHR or Greenhouse.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations within Semarang.
