📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct workforce assessments to identify optimization opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement talent strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
• Lead organizational transformation projects, including restructuring, reengineering, and change management.
• Provide expert advice on HR policies, practices, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Utilize data analytics tools to measure the impact of workforce initiatives and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve consulting services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in workforce consulting, HR strategy, or organizational development.
• Certification in PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from SHRM.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel frequently to client sites in Bangka Belitung and other regions as needed.
