📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Create and manage promotional events, including product launches and sales promotions.
• Manage social media presence to engage with customers and promote our products.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute promotional strategies.
• Monitor and analyze promotional campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail and consumer products.
• Represent our brand as a Brand Ambassador, attending events and meetings to promote our products and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales promotions, brand ambassador, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing promotional campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
