🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public participation, community engagement, or related roles.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful public participation programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
