📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to monitor and analyze performance metrics.
• Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with department heads to set and track performance targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to various departments as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive data-informed decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in KPI monitoring and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Certifications in data analysis or business intelligence are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
