📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring that they are engaging and informative.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and provide solutions.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by conducting interviews and assessments.,Provide support and guidance to employees in their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Certification in training and development is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken English.
