One Urban Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Samarinda. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Manage store budget and expenses, and work with the finance team to ensure profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
