📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information and pricing.
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Promote and sell our products and services to both existing and potential customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales and customer service.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
