📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Install, configure, and maintain server and network systems
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide technical support to employees via email, phone, and in-person
  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures
  • Backup and restore data as needed
  • Maintain software licenses and ensure compliance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices
  • Document all processes and procedures for future reference

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and devices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
