Prima Dinamika Abadi is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and deliver our projects with excellence. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.,Monitor project progress and ensure that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project requirements are met.,Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.,Report on project status and progress to stakeholders.,Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.,Provide project leadership and guidance to team members.,Ensure that all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.,Experience in managing projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
