In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the needs of the workforce.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant feedback, and program outcomes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Mentor and coach junior training officers to ensure the successful execution of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on leadership and management training.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and methodologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
