📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Coordinate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and develop junior staff members to enhance their performance and skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
