📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire the best talent for the organization.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, training and development, and conflict resolution.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to ensure a smooth and efficient HR operation.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve the work environment.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources to drive continuous improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's strategic HR plan.,Ensure that the organization's HR practices are inclusive, diverse, and equitable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and initiatives.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English is a must.
