📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of property facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to tenants and guests.
• Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment.
• Oversee emergency repairs and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to maintain high standards of quality.
• Conduct energy audits and implement energy-saving measures.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a high-end property setting.
• Certification in Facilities Management (CFM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in using facilities management software such as ServiceMax, FM:pro, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
