Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data privacy policies and procedures in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and other relevant regulations.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate data privacy risks.
Monitor and manage data protection using tools like Microsoft Purview and IBM Security Guardium.
Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on data privacy best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data protection standards.
Stay up-to-date with evolving data privacy regulations and industry trends.
Handle data breach incidents, including investigation, reporting, and remediation.
Ensure the effective enforcement of data protection measures across all business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or a related field.
Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPP/A are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and other relevant regulations.
Proficiency in using data privacy and compliance tools like Microsoft Purview and IBM Security Guardium.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data privacy issues.
Proven track record of successfully implementing data privacy programs in a financial services environment.
