📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational resources.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software or hardware products.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Experience with API documentation and user manuals.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
