📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage engineering projects from inception to completion,Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution,Develop and implement engineering plans and specifications,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with standards,Manage project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness,Prepare and submit project reports and documentation,Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.),Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering,Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
