📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and auditors.,Stay updated with the latest accounting, auditing, and tax developments.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Manage and oversee the accounting and auditing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or tax.,Certification in accounting, auditing, or tax (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of GAAP and local accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
