As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of store operations including staffing, inventory, and sales targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment that reflects the brand image.,Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to ensure consistency in operations and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
