📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting department, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Supervise and train junior staff in accounting tasks and procedures.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Prepare and submit financial reports to management and external stakeholders.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
