As a Lead Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales consultants, training new hires, and developing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Train and onboard new sales consultants to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to improve performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
