📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes, ensuring consistency and quality.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure all tests and analyses are accurate and reliable.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.,Train new employees and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for existing staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services with overall business operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO, GMP, and GLP.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or related disciplines.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a proven track record of leading a team.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and train others.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO, GMP, and GLP.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality assurance is a plus.
