As the Lead Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the clinic, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making within the clinic.,Train and mentor junior accountants and other staff members on accounting principles and procedures.,Collaborate with the clinic's management team to develop and implement financial strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant tax laws.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Knowledge of the dental industry is a plus.
