PT Firdaus Bintang is seeking a dedicated Distribution Officer to join our team in Yogyakarta. This is a hybrid role, combining office and field work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution management and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to prevent stockouts.,Conduct regular route planning and scheduling to optimize delivery routes.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.,Analyze distribution data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of distribution software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
