New Crown Dinamis is seeking a talented Demi Chef to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds with a dynamic work environment and the flexibility to work from home.

As a Demi Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen operations run smoothly. You will work closely with our Head Chef to prepare and cook meals, maintain high standards of food quality, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Follow and implement health and safety protocols.
  • Assist in managing kitchen inventory and supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Participate in training and development programs.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
