PT Sejahtera Wira is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This role is crucial for ensuring our vehicles are maintained, drivers are trained, and all fleet operations run smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Monitor and maintain vehicle insurance and registration documents.,Train and supervise drivers to ensure they adhere to company policies and safety procedures.,Coordinate with service providers for vehicle repairs and maintenance.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, and implement measures to reduce expenses.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and record maintenance history.,Handle any fleet-related complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
