📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, serviced, and operated efficiently.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving a variety of vehicles.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in fleet management.
