📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance.,Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient service.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Conduct regular fleet audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.
