📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing the day-to-day financial operations of the store, including cash handling, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Providing financial support to the sales and operations teams, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintaining and updating financial software and systems, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Assisting with the preparation of year-end financial statements and tax filings.
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a retail or outdoor equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial software and systems, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
