📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Collaborate with the Training Officer to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Provide support to employees in their professional development.,Assist in the planning and coordination of training events and activities.,Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel as required for training activities.
