📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the delivery of food orders to customers.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders to maintain customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer feedback.,Communicate effectively with customers and other team members.,Handle and resolve any issues related to food delivery promptly.,Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the delivery vehicles.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of delivery processes.,Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding food safety and delivery standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in food delivery or a similar role is a plus.,Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for delivery purposes.,Familiarity with local delivery routes and traffic conditions in Ubud.,Customer service orientation and a commitment to providing excellent service.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
