📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.,Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals in alignment with the overall objectives of the company.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.,Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration.,Manage the department's budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated and utilized effectively.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the department.,Serve as a key liaison between the department and other stakeholders, both internally and externally.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and a strategic mindset.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Bahasa Indonesia and English language proficiency.
