📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and sales.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely and efficiently.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist in inventory management by counting and restocking products as needed.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Familiarity with basic inventory management practices.,Ability to handle cash transactions securely and confidentially.
