📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships in the agricultural sector.
• Source high-quality agricultural products through competitive bidding and direct negotiations.
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for product sourcing.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to meet internal deadlines.
• Manage and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their product needs and ensure that we source the right products.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field in the agribusiness sector.
• Proven track record in sourcing and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
• Strong understanding of agricultural products and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement software such as SAP or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
